SHOCKING: Thousands of Adult Betamax/VHS Tapes Found Inside Dagupan Cathedral
A sexton (sakristan) found at least 1,300 of adult Betamax and VHS tapes inside the stockroom of the Metropolitan Cathedral of St. John the Evangelist, in Dagupan City.
The old tapes, believed to be collected during late 80’s and early 90’s, includes some of the most popular adult films of the era like “Deep Throat” and Talk Dirty To me”.
The tapes, which are mostly in mint condition, and possibly still working if any player is available, are believed to be collected by a number of priests who first assigned at the cathedral.

The discovery was revealed when the sexton threw away the tapes together with the garbage.
A man saw some of the tapes and decided to bring the whole collection at home. He latter asked the sexton about the tapes, and the latter told him that he found it inside the cathedral’s stock room while trying to make space for old things.
Adult materials are common finds in catholic buildings, especially in convents and seminaries.
Last week, adult toys and bondage-related equipment were found in a manila convent previously occupied by nuns.
A former Pangasinan priest also successfully sold a collection of vintage condoms through Ebay for more than P100,000.
